Africa is emerging as a significant producer of natural rubber, with C?te d’Ivoire’s natural rubber meeting European regulations providing a favorable boost. According to statistics from the International Rubber Study Group (IRSG), C?te d’Ivoire’s natural rubber production reached 1.548 million tons in 2023. This represents nearly a twofold increase from the 815,000 tons produced in 2019. Surpassing Vietnam, C?te d’Ivoire has become the third-largest natural rubber producer, following Thailand and Indonesia.

The entire project process includes the following 10 steps:

Cleaning and Mixing (Crumb Rubber Breaker) – Breaking, mixing, cleaning, and kneading (Single-screw Crumb Rubber Extruder)——Sheeting (Creping Machine) – Forming the rubber into sheets——Pelletizing (Crumb Rubber Granulator) – Creating pellets from the rubber sheets——Drying (Drying Line) – Drying the rubber pellets——Cutting (Horizontal Disc Cutter) – Cutting the dried rubber into manageable pieces——Weighing (33.3KG/35KG) – Weighing the rubber pieces to a specified weight——Packing (Hydraulic Automatic Baler) – Packaging the weighed rubber pieces using an automatic baler——Inspection (Metal Detector) – Inspecting the packaged rubber for any metal contaminants——Final Packaging – Encasing the inspected packages in outer packaging.
